Welcome to the City of Castlegar's mapping and property information online viewer. Here you can view visual information about property lines, zoning information, land use, addresses and legal plans. Aerial photography and topographic data acquired in 2004 is also available.

Please Note:

  1. A FREE MapGuide Viewer Must Be Installed to use Castlegar's interactive mapping and information system. Download the Viewer (choose ActiveX Control for Internet Explorer) if you do not already have one installed.
  2. Internet Explorer 5+ and a High Speed Internet Connection are required.
  3. In order to provide the fastest drawing speed when changing locations and scale, most map layers will be loaded when first opening the map. This may take a few moments, please be patient.
  4. To read, print, or download the legal plans requires a FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  5. While using Castlegar's on-line viewer, click the help button for an introduction.
