Community Plan Bylaw 1427 & Zoning Bylaw 1428

The City has prepared Official Community Plan 1427 and Zoning Bylaw 1428.These two Bylaws are intended to guide future growth and land use over the next 10 to 20 years. The City’s current Official Community Plan Bylaw 1150 was adopted in 2011 and Zoning Bylaw 800 adopted in 1999. Under recent changes to the Local Government Act, local governments are required to update their Official Community Plans and Zoning Bylaws to align with Housing Needs every five years.
