The City has received a proposal to amend the zoning designation of 4605 Columbia Avenue from Rural Zone (RR-1) to Industrial Park Zone (M-1B).

In addition to the uses permitted within the Industrial Park Zone (M-1B), Cannabis Production Facilities would also be permitted on the property’s northern 12 acres.
