Canada Day at Millennium Park & Ponds

City Hall & Civic Works will be closed for the holiday and reopen on Wednesday, July 2.

Celebrate Canada Day with us at Millennium Park & Ponds!

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., enjoy a free, family-friendly event, packed with fun for all ages.
🎶 Live entertainment
🛍️ Over 12 vendors will be set up
🍔 Free hamburgers (while supplies last) & Canada Day cake
🎨 Kids Play Zone with face painting & activities
🍁Tattoos, stickers, flags, beach balls & more!

This annual celebration is hosted by the City of Castlegar with support from community volunteers, vendors, and entertainers—we’d love to see you there!

📍 Millennium Park & Ponds
🕚 Tuesday, July 1 | 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
🚐 There is a free shuttle provided by MTI starting at 10:30 a.m. at the Castlegar and District Complex with pickup at the Museum and drop-off at Millennium Parks & Ponds and returning to the complex. It will run every 30 minutes with the last ride out of Millennium at 3:30 p.m.
