COLUMBIA AVENUE COMPLETE STREETS PROJECT – UNCONTROLLED INTERSECTION.
Marwest and the City of Castlegar are advising the Public that the 2nd Phase of the Columbia Avenue Complete Streets Project is commencing this week. The newly affected area is between 15th Street and 17th Street on Columbia Avenue.
