The City of Castlegar received a 5 Blooms Bronze rating and a special mention for Blooming of Spring Bulbs during the 2016 National/International Symposium and Awards Ceremonies in Regina, SK. The community also received an Outstanding Achievement Award for the Home Hardware Beauti-Tone Heritage Conservation Award.
