Castlegar City Council will be holding Special Committee of the Whole Budget Meetings on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 and Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. to receive draft budget presentations from staff for the 2019-2023 financial plan.  Please read below for more details.
