Notice of Hydrant Maintenance
The City of Castlegar will be performing routine hydrant maintenance/flushing for the next few weeks starting the week of September 17, 2018 east of Columbia Avenue from 27th Street to Blueberry.
This work will not create any water service interruptions and will not pose a health hazard - City staff will try to minimize any inconvenience.
If cloudy or discoloured water is noticed, residents are advised to let their outdoor tap run for a few minutes until it clears, flushing out any sediment.
