NOTICE OF WATER MAIN FLUSHING

The City of Castlegar is performing routine main line flushing throughout the city for the next few weeks.  Work will start in north Castlegar and will move southward.

This will not create any water service interruptions to the water system and will not pose a health hazard.  City staff will try to minimize any inconvenience.

If cloudy or discoloured water is noticed, let your outdoor tap run for a few minutes until it clears which should flush out any sediment in the line.

The City apologizes for any inconvenience.
