Referendum on Complex enhancements declared unsuccessful.
The Regional Voting Officer of the Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) has declared the Official Assent Voting Results from the June 23 referendum regarding the Castlegar & District Community Complex enhancements. The unofficial results issued on Saturday have been verified, and no changes were required. The referendum has been declared unsuccessful.
