Winterfest Temporary Road Closure 2018
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES
COLUMBIA AVENUE AND 13TH AVENUE DOWNTOWN CASTLEGAR
A road closure on Columbia Avenue between 6th street and 2nd street in downtown Castlegar will take place between 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Friday, November 30, 2018 to accommodate the annual Winterfest Celebration and Parade. If planning to travel through the downtown Castlegar area on the evening of Friday November 30, 2018 please use the following detour routes:
From 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Traffic Control will be in place to redirect Columbia Avenue traffic via 6th Street, 9th Avenue and 2nd Street, in order to go around the downtown area.
