The Winterfest Committee (City of Castlegar, Castlegar & District Chamber of Commerce and the Castlegar Recreation Department) is once again planning the annual Winterfest Celebration! This year’s fun-filled celebration will be held on Friday, December 6, 2019.
Each year families gather at City Hall and downtown Castlegar to mix and mingle with friends and neighbours, to enjoy an evening of holiday spirit, tree lighting and of course the arrival of Santa! The evening kicks off with the Winterfest Parade which travels Columbia Avenue between 3rd Street and 13th Avenue. Up to 500 people attend this event each year and over 250 children visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus in the foyer of City Hall.
The Winterfest Committee is inviting vendors to apply to sell on-site during the Celebration (approximately 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) A 10 x 10 space will be provided at no fee to the vendor. Power is not provided.
Please note that space is limited, successful applicants will be based on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested please fill out the vendor application and sign to confirm acceptance of terms and conditions.
