Fire Department
The Castlegar Fire Department responds to fires, rescues, MVA/MVI incidents, first responder medical calls, and all other emergency situations.
Police (RCMP)
City of Castlegar policing services are provided by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
Emergency Preparedness
The City of Castlegar’s Emergency Program ensures residents have the maximum potential for survival and recovery in the event of a disaster.
