Council Strategic Plan
The City of Castlegar’s Council Strategic Plan provides clarity regarding Council’s priorities and identifies future directions.
The Council Strategic Plan estimates the cost and timelines of each of the priorities. Many of the City’s projects depend upon other partners, and most strategic projects take several years to be designed, financed, and constructed before becoming operational. Strategic priorities, once completed, will have lasting benefits to Castlegar.
The Council Strategic Plan is viewed as a living document, and Council will undertake an annual review to ensure the plan remains feasible and the priorities continue to be in the best interests of the community.
