Apply for a Pet Licence
All dogs and cats residing within Castlegar city limits over the age of 12 months must be licenced annually, from January 1 through to December 31.
Register your pet by completing a Dog or Cat Licence Application and submit it in person at City Hall. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or debit.
Annual Fee Schedule
Guide Dogs, RCMP Dogs, and Service Dogs are exempt from paying a licence fee.
