Community Input
The City of Castlegar welcomes community input on the following development approvals:
- Official Community Plan Amendments
- Zoning Amendments
- Major Temporary Use Permits
- Major Development Variances
Other development proposals, such as Subdivision and Development Permits, are approved by the City's Approving Officer and Deputy Approving Officer, in alignment with the City's adopted land use regulations and design guidelines and are not discretionary.
