Find Property Information
The City provides online access to general information about zoning, land use, development permit areas, and utility rates. However some details, such as water and sewer servicing information, must be requested directly from the City. Additionally, certain information can be found through other agencies, such as BC Assessment, the BC Land Title & Survey Authority, and the BC Archaeology Branch.
Frequently Asked Questions
Request Property Information
A property information request allows the community to obtain information while ensuring that the privacy of property owners is protected. General information like zoning does not require authorization to request and can be provided by email. More personal information, like whether or not permits were issued, can only be requested by the property owner or an authorized agent. If formal correspondence is needed, the City can provide a property letter. Note, there is no guarantee records are available for all properties.
