2022 Tax Sale Not Required
The City of Castlegar is pleased to advise that all properties subject to tax sale have been paid to date and the City will not be holding a tax sale this year.
Pursuant to the Community Charter and the Local Government Act, the City previously published the notice of the time and place of the 2022 tax sale and the legal description/street address of properties subject to tax sale.
When required, a tax sale is usually held on the last Monday of September at 10:00 am in each municipality in B.C.
