Temporary Road Closure – Section of 4th Street (Closed to Vehicle Traffic Only) The City of Castlegar is installing new utility services on 4th Street to support a nearby development.

• Closure Dates: October 20–24, 2025
• Location: 4th Street (see red area on map)

What to expect:

• The road is closed to vehicle traffic only.
• Full pedestrian access to all businesses will remain open.
• Parking impacts are minimal.
• Traffic control signage and electronic message boards are in place to guide drivers and pedestrians.
• All businesses remain open during construction—please continue to support them.
