No. You will not be charged to download the Voyent Alert! app or use this service.

No. You will only ever receive a notification if it is relevant to a location or a specific topic you have selected.

Voyent Alert! is a cloud-based service utilizing Canadian-based resources for operations and storage. ICEsoft undertakes measures to ensure that Voyent Alert! is compliant with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act of Canada (PIPEDA).

Yes. If you are outside of a Community’s borders you can still register to receive alerts.  Simply enter in the name of the Community, or an address inside the Community on the registration page to get started.  Once registered you can either move your “home” pin or create a new one for other locations of interest to you.

If you’re already receiving Voyent Alert! emergency notifications, you do not need to register again. However, we recommend reviewing your settings to ensure you’re receiving alerts for any Castlegar locations that are important to you and to ensure you’re getting the most from the platform.
