Traffic Notice: Upgrades at 5th Avenue Railway Crossing
🚧 Traffic Notice – Wednesday, July 23 to Friday, August 1
Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) has notified the City that upgrades will be completed at the 5th Avenue railway crossing at the south end of the Twin Rivers neighbourhood starting July 23. CPKC will be adding lights and alarm bells at the crossing to improve the safety of the crossing.
- Road closures are not expected as part of the work and traffic impacts are expected to be minimal.
- Flaggers may be on site periodically. Plan to give yourself a few extra minutes if possible.
