A Development Variance Permit application has been received to vary 4 provisions of Bylaw 800 – Zoning.

The variances would support the applicant’s intent to construct an 8-unit apartment building at 2225 Columbia Avenue. A Development Permit application for the apartment building is pending the approval of the following variances:

  • The setback from the centre line of Columbia Avenue from 21.0 metres to 19.5 metres
  • The setback from the north interior side lot line from 6.0 metres to 4.5 metres
  • The aisle width along the south face of the building from 7.8 metres to 7.6 metres
