Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1435
Zoning Amendment Bylaw No.1435 will amend Zoning Bylaw 1428 by enabling non-market housing as a permitted use on 48 properties zoned P1-Public &Institutional. 10 of these properties are City-owned; 7 are School District owned; 11 are owned by faith-based organizations; and the remainder owned by other government entities. Enabling non-market housing does not compel such properties to deliver housing, but provides for future opportunity at the time of sale or redevelopment.
